This is an information site about a proposed transit system. It sells nothing, takes no payment details, and has no user accounts. For most visitors the only thing we ever receive is the page you asked for. ## Who is responsible Celestavia. The fastest way to reach us about anything on this page, including a privacy request, is the form on our [Contact](https://celestavia.com/en/contact/) page — it goes directly to the team rather than to a shared inbox. ## Just reading the site Our web server keeps standard access logs — IP address, timestamp, the URL requested, referrer and browser user-agent. We use them to keep the site running and to investigate abuse. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell traffic data. This site is published in English and Spanish. If you use the translation selector to read it in a third language, your request is passed to Google Translate, which is Google’s service and governed by their terms. If you stay in English or Spanish, no translation request is made. ## The contact and consortium forms Our forms ask for your name, email address, phone number, organisation, the type of enquiry (government, investor, construction partner or general) and your message. Consortium enquiries additionally ask about your organisation’s disciplines and capacity. When you submit a form, the contents are emailed to the Celestavia team. We also record the IP address the submission came from, so that spam and abuse are traceable. We use what you send to answer you and to assess whether there is a basis for working together. **We do not sell enquiries and we do not pass them to anyone outside Celestavia and its project partners.** If a specific partner or government counterpart needs to be brought into a conversation, we will tell you before we do it. Please do not send confidential technical or commercial material through the web form. If you have something that needs to be handled carefully, send a short message first and we will arrange a proper channel and, where appropriate, a non-disclosure agreement. ## Cookies and spam filtering The site sets a cookie only where it has to: WordPress session cookies if you sign in as an editor, and a cookie recording your language choice if you use the translator. There is no advertising or profiling cookie. Form submissions are checked by CleanTalk, an anti-spam service, which receives the submission content and sending IP address in order to judge whether it is spam. The forms also use a simple arithmetic check and a hidden decoy field; neither collects anything about you. ## How long we keep things Enquiries arrive as email and are kept for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can pick a discussion back up. Server access logs are rotated on a short cycle in the ordinary course of running the server. If you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, ask and we will do it. ## Your choices Use the [contact form](https://celestavia.com/en/contact/) to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Tell us the name and email address you used and roughly when you wrote, so we can find it, and we will confirm what we have done. Depending on where you live you may have further statutory rights; asking us directly is the fastest route either way. ## Links away from this site We link to LinkedIn, WhatsApp and video hosted on YouTube.
